PATENTS & COPYRIGHTS

Vitreoretinal Technologies, Inc. has filed U.S. and worldwide patent applications under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) for the Vitreosolve^® and Neurosolve^® product candidates, as well as its surgical product entities. VRT has two issued U.S. patents and one pending U.S. patent application on its novel ophthalmic pharmaceutical preparations. VRT has filed international patent applications under the PCT in 76 countries including Japan, Brazil, Russia, Mexico, Australia, China and all of Europe.

TRADEMARKS

VRT has received trademark approvals for its Vitreosolve^® and Neurosolve^® product candidates in the European Union and the U.S. These trademarks have also been approved in numerous other countries.
