PRODUCTS OVERVIEW

Our proprietary product candidates, Vitreosolve^® and Neurosolve^® are currently in development.  These drugs have all been evaluated for safety in numerous animal toxicology trials in the United States and Mexico.  Animal studies have been conducted to evaluate single dose and multiple dosing safety profiles of these compounds. Dose response evaluations have also been completed to establish the appropriate dosing range and frequency for these compounds.

In addition, preclinical and clinical testing has confirmed that these drugs all appear to be safe with a broad therapeutic range and negligible toxicity profile over a one-year period.  Phase I and Phase II human efficacy studies have also established the proof of principle for each of the above drugs with up to one year of follow up.

To date, several hundred patients have been followed in Phase II Vitreosolve^® studies.
